LEXUS RX, 25 YEARS OF SUCCESS

With worldwide sales of over 3.5 million since its launch in 1998, the iconic SUV is now looking forward to its fifth generation... The rechargeable hybrid. The future of the RX is well on its way…

An elongated, more dynamic profile, rather like a small coupé with a 3-dimensional look, perched on 21” wheels, the RX boasts a well-asserted personality. Its interior is minimalist, evident, intuitive.

High-quality materials are paired with seats ensuring excellent support with individual heating. Concave ergonomics allow for perfect handling in terms of the vehicle’s size. The 14” multimedia touchscreen display, multi-information posting, the dial counter, gauges and head-up display can be consulted in record time without any intervention on the part of the driver.

The RX 450h+ comes with a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder hybrid engine and two electric motors at the front and rear. As for the very first turbo-compressed hybrid motorization signed Lexus – ie. a 2.4-litre petrol turbo engine, two electric motors, a 6-speed automatic gearbox and integral Direct4 transmission -, it throbs away in the RX 500h. Detection and prevention of risks of accidents have been improved.

Assistance in changing lanes with automatic overtaking and traffic warnings are among the optional features of the SUV, playing the ace of safety. The price starts from 93,400 €. With the RX already the most widely sold Lexus in France, 2023 could well be a year of confirmation.
