Black Badge Ghost Series II
Since it was founded in 1906, Rolls-Royce has always been seen as the world's most distinguished automobile brand. This venerable manufacturer has constantly extended the boundaries of refinement, as proven by this super-saloon.
Subtle changes which will be appreciated by observers include an illuminated vertical grille in a lower position, new geometry for the brake air intake surrounded by two black chrome frames, and an unabashed 6.75-litre V12 engine, potent and intent on enhanced performance.
Each feature is delicately hand-polished to give a mirror-black finish. The dark effect even extends to the door handles. And the show-stopper comes in the guise of slender, seven-spoke design for the partly polished 22-inch wheels. This masterpiece with 570 hp on board chalks up 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h.

The interior, a real ode to luxury embodied by exclusive materials and stylized details, features a clock cabinet hosting a dark analogue timepiece and an upward-lit Spirit of Ecstasy figurine in black chrome, next to the central data screen incorporating a new advanced operating system. The woven fabric in carbon fibre and metal-coated thread on a base of black Bolivar wood is both sobre and delicate, while bamboo fibre from Le Jardin des Me´diterrane´es on the Co^te d’Azur unfurls an artistic pattern, an abstract allusion to the intertwined double "R" of Rolls-Royce. After paying 425,000 $, lucky owners wil be able to choose from 51 fine thread colours.
