After “Bonnard and Le Cannet. In the light of the Mediterranean”, the second exhibition in this new Museum in Le Cannet is entitled “The Bonnard collections, a life dedicated to art”. The artist’s life and work are here staged to present his posters, decorative artworks, illustrations, Arcadian compositions, nudes, still-lifes and landscapes… We can thus appreciate, if we hadn’t already done so, the full extent of the talent of Pierre Bonnard who really deserved a Museum, the first in the world to be dedicated to his work, in the Hôtel Saint-Vianney.
