This recently renovated house is situated just a 2-minute walk from the boat to Cabanas beach, it is also close to a small supermarket and many other amenities such as cafes and restaurants.
The house itself is divided into two independent buildings.
The front building has the kitchen, living and dining area all open plan, which also communicates through large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the outside area. There is also a bedroom suite on the ground floor, adapted for a wheelchair, and a cloakroom.
On the first floor, you will find three more en-suite bedrooms, all with wardrobe space and air conditioning.
On the top floor, we have the "delux" suite with a reading area and access to a large hinged terrace with excellent sun exposure.

There is air conditioning throughout the property and solar panels for hot water. The construction of the house, completed in 2020, used modern technologies, such as light-gauge steel.
The property is ready to be used as a guest house, where you can use the entire building or rent the rooms in the front building and live in the back building.
This property is also ideal for attracting digital nomads, as there is space to create a coworking area.
