The entire property measures approximately 3000 m2 and is developed in three main volumes, the 750 m2 villa intended as the owners' residence, the 600 m2 farmhouse consisting of 6 beautiful independent apartments plus another to be restored and a third volume also it to be recovered and restructured of about 800 square meters. The main villa has two independent entrances which divide the property into two large ground floor apartments, communicating internally with each other. Vicchio is a town in the Tuscan countryside of Mugello with ancient Etruscan origins.
