Immersed in the peaceful Alberoni area on the island of Lido di Venezia, we visit a unique property with timeless charm. We are talking, in every sense, about the only villa of this kind in the surrounding areas.
Entering through the large gate, we are welcomed by the vast and enchanting garden that extends all around the villa. As we move forward - with a pleasing slowness, we must admit! - the scent of maritime pines mixes with that of the damp earth and the green of the well-kept hedges meets the blue of the canal opening before us. In the distance, we can even glimpse the island of the famous Golf Club, an image that surprises us and brings serenity.

Lido di Venezia represents a seaside resort favored by both Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystalline waters and beautiful beaches. The Liberty style still characterizes the entire island, accompanied by a "belle époque" atmosphere that reaches its peak at late summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. Lido is easily reachable in a few minutes via various water public transport lines and the entire island is accessible by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland.
The property is located in close proximity to an 18-hole golf course in the Alberoni area, ranked among the ten most beautiful and competitive courses in Italy. A few minutes by boat from Venice, Lido island hosts, among other things, the very famous and exclusive Film Festival.
