The two rooms are separated by a hallway on the left, which leads to the three double Bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a Bathroom. Outside there are two terraces, one covered on the back, and one uncovered on the front of the Villa. On this terrace, you can make a Pergola to have a little bit of shade. From there you can enjoy the sea view in total relaxation.
The outside external staircase, next to the living room, leads you to the first floor. The stairs end at a covered veranda, which allows access to the entrance of the open space Living Room with Kitchenette. Beyond the Living area, there is a small Bathroom that can be extended. From the living room, a hallway leads to the two double Bedrooms and another Bathroom. A long balcony runs along the front of the villa overlooking the sea. The property can become a single villa on two levels.
