The Ubaldini coat of arms can still be seen on the sides of the gable of the chapel altar. In 1766, the villa became the property of the Picten family, one of the most influential patrician families in Florence, and in the early 19th century it was transferred by inheritance to the Amerighi Counts.
After careful restoration, the villa is now in immaculate condition and equipped with all modern amenities. With a total internal area of 2,100 square meters, the property is divided into three levels and currently serves as luxury accommodation, where wonderful suites are furnished and elegantly equipped in typical traditional Tuscan style. The villa also houses a small restaurant and an exquisite cellar that offers a selection of important labels of organic wines produced on the estate.
