The complex consists of three dammusi in lava stone, with a total gross area of ??250 square meters, connected to each other by terraces, patios and porches (for a further 210 square meters), inserted in a lush garden full of blooms and valuable specimens, surrounded from the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub for a total of 8,500 square meters of property.
The buildings were restored in the seventies, according to the typical construction features of the dammusi, characterized by the use of stone and tuff roofs with barrel interiors, avoiding overheating in the summer and keeping the interiors cool; the perimeter cavities, hidden by the natural orography of the ground, guarantee the total absence of humidity and the correct ventilation of the walls. The coverings of the terraces and walkways are in hand-beaten tuff: a feature that allows them to be elastic, cool in summer and easy to maintain and clean. The structure is fully functional and self-sufficient: tastefully furnished in compliance with local tradition, it is equipped with a large water reserve through two large tanks with direct supply, electrical power up to 10 K / watt, satellite TV and telephone system, outdoor lighting of all paths and terraces, irrigation system, large garage and warehouse.
