In a protected setting of extraordinary natural beauty such as that of Salento, this majestic historic farmstead on the outskirts of Ostuni covers an impressive 2,200 sqm of interior space spread over three levels, comprising a total of 7 stately bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Situated in a commanding and exceptionally panoramic position along the renowned road leading to Ceglie Messapica, the gastronomic capital of the Itria Valley, the property fits magnificently into the circuit of international luxury tourism. Its immense size, the presence of an annex, and its spacious reception areas make this estate perfect for use as a magnificent private home or for hosting a large number of guests.
Originally built in 1883 and having undergone careful and meticulous restoration work in recent years, the property retains the monumental charm of the ancient stately farmhouses. The main façade is adorned with an imposing noble coat of arms at the front, leading into interiors dominated by traditional and spectacular stone vaults. The internal layout across the three levels has been designed to make the most of the spacious areas and ensure the owners' comfort.
Outdoor living finds its fullest expression in the 330,000 sqm of private land surrounding the villa, protected by ancient dry-stone walls and comprising an unspoilt woodland and an olive grove with eighty-eight trees. Rounding off the elite agricultural production is a one-hectare vineyard planted with Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes, surrounded by centuries-old oaks and trees of local varieties.
