The property consists of two buildings, one of which is the main building with three rooms and three bathrooms – one of them outside, for guests – and has a pergola that extends along the entire perimeter of the house.
The pergola leads to a terraced lawn with breathtaking views of the sea and the islands of Panarea and Stromboli and, further on, to the olive grove that is part of the property.
The land extends outwards and on one of the lower levels there is a ruin consisting of two two-storey residential units that enjoy the same sea view.
The property, which covers approximately 1,000 square metres, has two entrances: one to the south with a driveway accessible via a private road, and one to the north via a stone footpath.
There is the possibility of purchasing a second property with adjoining land.
