In the Veronese valleys, a few steps away from the Adige river there is an important complex of houses and luxury villas for sale of considerable historical value. The origins of the property date back between the end of the 16th and the beginning of the 17th century, but in recent years the buildings have undergone important and skillful renovations, Particularly significant for the restoration process are the manor house and the adjacent Barchessa which still seem enveloped by an atmosphere that refers to the fantastic stories of ladies and knights.
The restoration of the property was made in collaboration with the Superintendency for Architectural and Landscape Heritage for the provinces of Verona, Rovigo and Vicenza and the Ministry for Cultural Heritage and Activities. They were, in fact, particular precautions reusing the material deriving from the same buildings and conforming the structures and their original functions to the current period.
