In the municipality of Greve in Chianti, in the Florentine Chianti Classico countryside, amidst the expanses of vineyards and olive groves as far as the eye can see, stands this stone farmhouse that has been dominating the surrounding valley for centuries. On the other side of the courtyard is the annexe with 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a further 1-bedroom flat, ideal for hosting friends or acquaintances. The exteriors are a feather in the cap, with well-kept Italian gardens, large terraces with views over the countryside and ample space for outdoor dining. The stone swimming pool fits perfectly into the context. The property has a tennis court with synthetic grass, a bocce court, a recently built 300-square-metre wine cellar and about 8 hectares of land, 2.5 of which are Chianti Classico vineyards and 300 olive trees. Florence, where all services are available, can be reached in about 30 minutes by car, and Peretola airport in 45 minutes. The nearest town is about 5 km away; in the immediate vicinity there are very well-known restaurants.
