Tenuta Contessa Chiara is in Fontanile, in Piedmont, in the evocative landscape context of Monferrato, an area rich in ancient villages and castles which, between one hill and another, dominate extensive vineyards where fine wines are produced thanks to the nourishment of a land generous and mine of fragrant diamonds: truffles. The large 700 m2 villa, arranged on two floors, plastered, is embellished with three patios from which the elements of the brick columns that support the beautiful sloping roofs with exposed tiles stand out. In harmony with the warm colors of the earth and the landscape of the Monferrato area, wood and terracotta characterize the interior furnishings of the villa with a perfect harmony between the prevalent classic style complements and the more modern design elements. Interior: Once through the entrance you enter a large living room with fireplace from the center of which, going down two steps, you enter the dining room connected on one side to the kitchen and on the other side to the reading room. In the living room near the fireplace, a door leads to the independent sleeping area which includes a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and two double bedrooms that share a bathroom with shower.
