In the municipality of Clivio, in a green area on the border with Switzerland, a villa of about 370 sqm commercial built in 1975 and designed by the still current owners is offered for exclusive sale. The property is spread over three floors and the main facade is characterized, on each floor, by arches that frame the landscape at different heights and that hint at the great love for the location and the view.
