VILLA MARIA (SOLARA di Bomporto) - We offer you, exclusively, this interesting housing solution, one of a kind. It is a splendid manor house from the late 19th century, part of the villas of the "Riviera di Solara", of 650 square meters of commercial space, composed of a ground floor, first floor and attic, with a "passing loggia" distribution typology, completely restored and made structurally anti-seismic and completed externally. It has two different accesses: one from Via Mantegna in the hamlet of Solara and the other from Via Argine Panaro, connected to the cycle path of the same name which connects with the Ciclovia del Sole.
