Wonderful property with secure private grounds located on the easternmost part of the Montemarcello Park, a position ensuring excellent privacy and breathtaking views. One can see the Val di Magra and the edge of Tuscany with its green hills crowned by the Apuan Alps all of which is contrasted with the intense blue of the sea. There is also a security system installed at the main villa and the land is completely fenced. These optimum “LOCK&GO” features mean that the owners can be absent from the property with peace of mind. The private roads is surrounded by typical Ligurian vegetation and leads to the large garden where there are private parking spaces.
The 420 square meter property is distributed on three levels.
