Florence — the elegance of italy's grand residences, in the heart of the city
in the historic heart of florence, between piazza dell'indipendenza and the fortezza da basso, a 19th-century residence is brought back to life through a refined contemporary vision. Never previously occupied, this two-bedroom apartment is set on the first floor of an elegant, fully renovated historic building. It is the result of a sophisticated dialogue between the tradition of restoring italy's grand residences and a new interpretation of urban elegance. Here, architecture, materials and interior design come together as part of one cohesive vision. The residence opens onto a bright living area with an open-plan kitchen and direct access to the balcony. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, a second bedroom, an additional bathroom and a practical storage room. A private cellar completes the property. Its dual aspect overlooking via barbano and via cosimo ridolfi fills the interiors with natural light and creates a sense of openness, achieving a refined balance between the vibrant energy of the city and the tranquillity of the home. Refined materials
the interiors are defined by a sophisticated, timeless palette: italian herringbone oak parquet, calacatta marble-effect porcelain stoneware, smoked glass and warm, understated tones. Every material has been carefully selected to complement the historic architecture of the building while creating interiors that feel authentically elegant, luminous and contemporary. A residence complete in every detail
the design concept extends seamlessly to the furnishings. The residence is delivered fully furnished and turnkey, complete with lighting, textiles and accessories carefully selected to complement the architecture and finishes. More than simply a furnished home, it is a fully realised residence in which every element forms part of a coherent and considered design vision. The heritage of italy's grand residences, reimagined
a project that brings to the heart of florence the expertise and savoir-faire developed through the restoration of some of italy's most prestigious villas, reinterpreted for a more intimate and sophisticated urban lifestyle.
