Access to the property is via a provincial road through a driveway gate; the entrance leads to a large courtyard in front of the two main facades, paved with mosaic porphyry and embellished with a central compass rose. The house is L-shaped and consists of 12 rooms plus three kitchens, 6 bathrooms, a 94 sq m grand reception room, a terrace, and a gym with a Turkish bath distributed over two levels. A third level houses a large basement recreation room-cellar, which provides access to a spacious porch at the edge of the private garden lawn. The property is completed by a 12x7 m swimming pool, surrounded by Langa stone slab paving with original access from two side staircases.
