In the garden, it is possible to install a swimming pool (a project was approved in the past but not implemented) and there is also space for a large parking area (including for buses).
The systems are very recent and entirely redundant to compensate in the event of a fault or malfunction; furthermore, the property is equipped with an additional electrical generator in case the power supplied by the grid is interrupted.
The complex has been declared of monumental interest by the Superintendency of Fine Arts.
The property is also ideal for conversion into a corporate representative headquarters.
