The accommodation includes an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining area, and kitchen opening through a large glazed French door onto a private garden courtyard with open panoramic views. There are two generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a storage room. An internal spiral staircase leads to a further storage room on the semi-basement level, where there is also a boiler room and laundry area with independent external access. From the private garden there is direct access to distinctive cellar and taverna rooms on the lower levels, extending to approximately 70 sqm. The property further includes a one-third undivided share of adjoining olive grove land, with a total cadastral area of 2,909 sqm. Positioned below the garden level, it ensures excellent privacy while enjoying the surrounding greenery. Key features include exposed red brick façades, terracotta floors, brick arches, barrel and cross-vaulted ceilings with exposed brickwork, and stone walls, all preserving the original character of the property. The cellar and taverna spaces retain their authentic vaulted structure, reinforcing the historic atmosphere. The property is in good overall condition and benefits from a rare combination of historic architecture, private outdoor space, and open countryside views.
