The mansion is an excellent example of the megalopolis residences in Hermoupolis of the late 19th century and has been designated as a work of art and as a historical monument in need of preservation.
With strong neoclassical elements in its architecture and morphology, as well as decorative elements on the facade and painted decoration inside, it highlights the European influences that govern the neoclassical style of Hermoupolis of that period.
The mansion is built on a plot with an area of 532 sq.m., providing an unobstructed view of the Aegean and is accompanied by a tangential plot of 318 sq.m. within the city plan, with valuable permitted construction of 254.40 sq.m. and covering 159 sq.m.
The mansion also operates as a boutique hotel, having been licensed, receiving the Mare Nostrum award and having a long history of hospitality in Syros.
