This exquisite French styled villa secluded on two acres of land (8500 sq.m) has views across rolling countryside, vineyards, olive groves and pencil cypresses dotting a landscape reminiscent of Tuscany. The 'distressed shabby chic' styling built to the highest specification with extensive use of natural materials including stone walls and floors, solid chestnut beams from Mount Athos, Italian hand distressed chestnut doors, distressed Egyptian marble terraces, bespoke, handmade kitchen furniture by Chalon of Chelsea, London and a huge stone fireplace, create a rustic yet chic ambiance. Vintage French crystal chandeliers, fully tiled bathrooms of Travertine limestone, ducted air-conditioning and under floor heating add to the comfort of this eclectic and atmospheric villa.
