Set on the western side of Naxos, in an elevated position overlooking Plaka Beach and the island's western coastline, this distinctive residential development is located in a peaceful setting approximately 1 km from the sea.
The project comprises four contemporary cave residences, thoughtfully designed to blend harmoniously with the natural landscape while maintaining privacy for each home. Built into the hillside, the residences follow an architectural approach distinct from the typical Cycladic style, becoming an organic extension of the terrain rather than standing apart from it.
Inspired by the traditional stone terraces and retaining walls of the Cyclades, the design combines natural stone façades with planted roofs featuring local vegetation, allowing the homes to integrate seamlessly into their surroundings.
Each residence offers a total internal area of 124 sq.m. and includes a living and dining area, a kitchen, one master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The outdoor areas are designed for comfort and privacy, featuring a private swimming pool of 32 sq.m., a garden of approximately 1,400 sq.m., a shaded outdoor sitting area with pergola, and open parking space for two vehicles.
Located in a quiet area with easy access to the beach, the property combines privacy, sea views, and contemporary design, making it suitable for both private use and investment.
