Logierhaus Villa Klingler - spacious maisonette apartment on the Baltic Sea
The "Villa Klingler" is located in the southern row of the historic building ensemble in Heiligendamm - Germany's first seaside resort - near the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the "Grand Hotel Heiligendamm".
From Berlin, it takes just under two and a half hours by car via the A 19, and from Hamburg via the A 20, only two hours. Hannover is approximately three and a half hours away.
You can reach Heiligendamm from Rostock-Laage Airport in just under forty-five minutes.
In the immediate vicinity of the "Grand Hotel", eight Logierhäuser were built starting in the mid-19th century, allowing guests to live directly by the sea.
After the completion of these buildings - the famous pearl necklace - between 1854 and 1861, supplementary construction began to the south. The "Kolonnaden" were built first - followed by the "Villa Prinzessin Reuss", located in the eastern part of the ensemble.
We have now begun with the completion of the southern row of buildings in the ensemble and have constructed a new building with "Villa Klingler", whose design is oriented towards the design language and architectural elements of the historic buildings, thus integrating harmoniously into the overall work of art. The architecture developed in the 19th century serves as both the foundation and aesthetic expression of this building.
Exclusively fine materials were used in the construction of "Villa Klingler": including valuable floor coverings, natural stone in the bathrooms, and high-quality interior doors. Ceiling heights of more than three meters create a framework for a representative ambiance.
A total of seventeen apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms were created across five residential levels, with living areas between 60 and 170 m². The building has a basement. Each apartment features one or two balconies and, in some cases, views of the Baltic Sea. Five spacious maisonette apartments were created in the lower ground floor and raised ground floor.
A remote-controlled gas fireplace and fiber optic cable for a high-performance internet connection are also part of the finishes. For maximum comfort, a passenger elevator runs between the storage rooms in the 2nd basement level and all residential levels.
Each apartment features a high-quality fitted kitchen, underfloor heating, and mullioned windows made of selected wood with thermal insulation glazing.
Fencing, access control, and discrete video surveillance secure the entire ensemble (gated community).
