Would you like to live in an old factory in the centre of Mahon converted in a spectacular and exclusive design home? This is your time...!
A house of open spaces, first quality materials where traditional elements such as the local 'mares' stone have mixed with Jatoba wood, stairs designed made-to-order and crafted using handmade forge, terraces with teak decking.
Totally renovated, very bright and with several outdoor terraces, enjoy some unobstructed views over the roofs of old buildings and to the ends of the city.
The first floor is conventional with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi.
The second floor and the attic are loft-like with a large clear space and total visibility. Here we have the main living room, kitchen, library or office, and covered terrace.
We will agree that it is a unique and exclusive property resembling the most 'chic' homes of large European cities,... don't you think
