Lucas Fox presents this 144 m² house located on a pedestrian street in the old town of Ciutadella de Menorca.
A renovation permit has been granted, and work will begin shortly. The project will include a 15 m² semi-covered patio and an open-plan kitchen. The bathrooms will also be renovated.
The property is distributed over four floors. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious entrance hall that leads to the living-dining room , which in turn opens onto the kitchen with access to a small 4 m² patio and a 6 m² bathroom . From the entrance, a staircase leads to the large, open-plan basement with vaulted ceilings made of marés stone and a barbecue area at the far end. There is also a storage room here.
From the entrance hall, a wide staircase leads to the upper floors. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-private bathroom. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms, one double with a built-in wardrobe and the other with an en-private bathroom and access to a 12 m² terrace.
It has pre-installation of air conditioning in the main bedroom, living room and kitchen.
The house is in perfect condition and only needs cosmetic renovation of the kitchen and bathrooms. Contact us for more information or to arrange a viewing.
