Exclusive stone villa on Brac with swimming pool & luxurious privacy
In the heart of Supetar - and yet all to yourself: this luxurious stone house is located in a quiet side street, less than two minutes from the sea. Despite this, the 500 m² property remains pleasantly quiet. No traffic, no hustle and bustle - just the rustling of the trees. One terrace faces the park, the other the sea. This combination is rare: Central location and retreat at the same time.
The outdoor area feels like its own little world. Surrounded by high stone walls and mature greenery, the property is completely secluded. The pool lies between old palm trees, olive trees and flowering shrubs - with plenty of space to relax, eat and live. Next to it: the 40 m² pool house with covered lounge, outdoor kitchen and shower room. The garden is structured, spacious, well-tended - and yet completely natural. Paths made of natural stone, a watering hole, a fire pit. Lots of space, lots of corners, lots of atmosphere.
Immerse yourself in the rich history and timeless charm of this exclusive 120-year-old stone villa on the enchanting island of Brac! The exquisite villa in Supetar combines historical flair with modern luxury. The villa offers you complete privacy, a refreshing swimming pool and an oasis of refined relaxation.
