Luxury Villa Karbuni is situated on the south side of island Korcula, in the perfectly protected bay, not far away from towns Vela Luka and Blato. Placed in settlement Karbuni, directly on the seafront, embraced by the pinewood it is an ideal hideaway for nature enthusiasts and persons longing for peace and quiet of incredible nature.
This project is a work of our awarded Croatian architect, Nikola Ivancevic, designed in the way to satisfy even the most fastidious clients. This modern villa is conformation of functionality, design, luxury and elegance.
The size of the land plot on which villa is planned is 594m2, so project is thought out as a three level building consisting of basement and two floors with planned surface of 456 m2, or approximate 150m2 per level. Villa is completely orientated to south, with open structures, huge half covered terraces, which are in excellent communication with all the rooms in the object. The basement area consists of kitchen, dining room, living room and toilet, which planned inside net surface is 130 m2. Also on this floor will be an infinity swimming pool of 50 m2 incorporated in huge 130m2 semi covered terrace surface.
On the ground floor we have two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and walk in wardrobe, in the area of net 87m2, plus both rooms have belonging balcony of about 14,50m2.
On the first floor is 56m2 master bedroom with its own living area, bathroom, wardrobe and partly covered terrace of about 24m2. On the same floor there is another smaller bedroom of 45m2, also with its own bathroom, walk in wardrobe and partly covered terrace, all together 45m2 of surface.
Beside the stairs connecting all floors, there is planned elevator connection of all floors.
Within villa there will be two parking places.
Project has envisioned complete outside and horticultural design of villas surrounding. Also project is designed so that it rationalize the use of energy.
