Facing Lake Annecy, villas in the “Restanques” development led by Vallat Elégance offer unimpeded views of the lake with panoramic 230° vistas of the surrounding mountains. These extraordinary properties offer very stylish esthetics and exceptional advantages, while living opposite the lake, both inside and out, in total privacy.
In Courchevel 1650, this prestigious chalet of 600 m2 comprised of 7 suites worthy of the most palatial hotels enjoys a stunning view of the valley. It is comprised of luxurious living and relaxation areas with an indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, hammam, outdoor jacuzzi, children’s playroom...
At the helm of Vallat Immobilier since 1996, a family enterprise founded by his grandfather in 1956, Joffray Vallat now manages the group’s 18 agencies spread around Savoy and Upper Savoy.
“Our DNA consists of property transactions and we have developed everything that precedes and follows them : from construction and development to management with hotel services, “syndic” (owners’ association) and property surveying,” explains Joffray Vallat. “We chalk up over 400 sales per year, and my teams consist of 140 to 160 people year-round, up to 200 in the busy winter months. Furthermore, our group can be split into two worlds : the red world comprised of traditional real estate, and the blue world comprised of prestige properties in the mountains, including the construction of luxury chalets that we deliver turnkey. We sell outstanding properties whose prices can exceed 50 million euros. In Courchevel Moriond, we recently built 14 luxury chalets with conciergerie and “palace” services, priced at 20,000 € per sq.m.” Relaxing in an idyllic setting, admiring sumptuous mountain scenery or heading off for the peaks are all worth their weight in gold in these uppercrust resorts : “In Courchevel 1850, the price bracket for new chalets ranges from 30,000 to 40,000 € per sq.m. In Val d’Isère, one can expect to pay 25,000 € per sq.m. Prices become more affordable in Tignes and around Lake Annecy, at around 10,000 € per sq.m, or the lake of Le Bourget, 6,000 € per sq.m on average”. For the market in Savoy and Upper Savoy, Joffray Vallat points out that : “Until 2007, the market was on an upward trend. In 2007, the financial crisis had a deep impact on the region. Since 2016, activity has picked up, sales volume has grown, though prices have not risen”.
