New departure for Terrasses et Jardins

Already at the helm of two agencies in Paris, Benoit Vitu, founder of “Terrasses et Jardins”, is opening a third branch in September, strategically located on the Left Bank, in the 14th arrondissement. This year celebrating its 18th anniversary, the agency is also treating itself to a new visual identity and completely redesigning the decor of its offices.

“Eighteen is the year of maturity, and an opportunity for us to take on new challenges designed to provide our clients with even better service,” explains Benoit Vitu. A real visionary, the founder of “Terrasses et Jardins” placed all his bets on this real niche market when he launched his first agency on May 1st, 1999, solely targetting properties with terraces, private courtyards and/or gardens. A resounding success ! Based in Paris West and Paris East, “Terrasses et Jardins” will be joined by a new agency after the holidays, ideally located on Boulevard Montparnasse, between La Closerie des Lilas and La Rotonde. “Decorated in highly contemporary style, this new agency of 120 m2 will provide us with excellent visibility while also serving as a model for our two other agencies, also to be treated to a complete makeover,” adds Benoit Vitu. “Most importantly, the new agency will be a superb work-tool for my team, as it is located at the heart of the area we cover, encompassing the 14th, 15th, 6th, 7th and 5th arrondissements of Paris, plus the inner suburbs such as Issy-les-Moulineaux and Chatillon-Montrouge. Opening this third agency will extend our visibility and expertise.
