Deliquiet Immobilier : charm, a vital asset...

On a quiet street in the bustling Marais, Deliquiet Immobilier has opted for intimacy within the walls of its small, tastefully appointed agency. Launched in January 2016 by Nicolas Deliquiet, a fervent fan of historic Paris with its old stone, charm and character, the agency presents a selection of properties offering quality and particular stylishness.

"I prefer to be an advisor than a salesman,” say Nicolas Deliquiet at the start of the interview. Aged 36 and after almost 10 years' experience in real estate, this young entrepreneur has taken on the challenge of an agency bearing his name, strategically situated in the Marais. A few months from its second birthday, the agency can congratulate itself on chalking up considerable success. Nicolas Deliquet explains : “I have placed the human aspect at the core of my approach in order to assist my clients as efficiently as possible. I also pay special attention to the properties I present, selected for their potential, charm and character." Focusing on the centre of Paris, Deliquiet Immobilier elegantly explores the capital and its treasures of apartments. Mainly French, its clientele also includes a significant number of French ex-pats, Italians and Americans, very active on this market. "Today, the widest demand is for apartments of 80 to120 m2 with 2 or 3 bedrooms, in central arrondissements in Paris. For this type of property, one can expect to pay from 12,000 to 13,000 € per sq. metre, prices which can easily soar to 20,000 € per sq.m for impeccable apartments with prestigious addresses such as the Île Saint-Louis or Saint-Germain-des-Prés. A view, a lift, refined appointments, and a good address are the four factors which propel prices even higher. If you then add a terrace and a top floor, they really explode ! Since the beginning of September, strong demand persists, and the return of foreign buyers has been confirmed. This liveliness has caused prices to rise, especially for properties of quality benefiting from prime locations.”
