Attractive for their village atmospheres and the “fine art of living” they propose, communes west of Lyon are of increasing interest to local buyers, but also new arrivals in the “Métropole lyonnaise”, from both France and abroad. A forward-looking market which also posts more modest prices than those applicable in Lyon intra-muros. Interview with Jean-Christophe Paillet, consultant and associate director of AK.SO Conseils, who confirms the current momentum.

Lyon in its entirety is an increasingly attractive city, ranked among the five most pleasant towns to live in in France.
